Bee and Me: A fun new book for kids by two East Bay authors

Would you like a recommendation for a good kids’ book? Bee & Me got two thumbs up at our house.
The colorful book teaches kids how important bees are, but the articulate bee in the story never lectures. Instead she wins over a bee-phobic boy in the story and does a little dance in one of the book’s “moving” Ani-Motion illustration panels, which are like holograms. “She’s shaking her booty,” said my daughter, flipping a page back and forth to demonstrate for one of her friends.
Bee & Me, by East Bay authors Leslie Jonath and Lisa McGuiness (Elle J. McGuiness is their shared pseudonym), should appeal to kids aged 0 to about 8. Bee & Me is available at local bookstores as well as online at  amazon and at the publisher's website.
